MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after Trial on Complaint to Avoid Transfer. The Complaint was filed by Brown Family Farms, Inc. while it was doing business under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Federal Land Bank of Louisville applied for leave to intervene, pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7024, as a party in interest. After the Debtor’s conversion to a proceeding under Chapter 7, the Trustee continued to prosecute this matter as the successor in interest to the Debtor.
