This is an appeal from an award of the Industrial Accident Board. The claimant, William C. Webb, filed with the Industrial Accident Board, on March 28, 1931, notice of injury and claim for compensation, alleging that he received an injury on the 10th day of October, 1930, in Bee county, Tex., while working as an employee of the Humble Pipe Line Company, and on the 15th day of June, 1931, the Industrial Accident Board assumed jurisdiction of said claim, and made an award in favor of claimant and against appellant in an amount, including hospitalization and doctors’ bills, in excess of $500.…
