The plaintiff-creditor, First International Bank (Bank), commenced the above-entitled adversary proceeding by complaint filed on April 6, 1993, seeking a determination that outstanding indebtedness which arose from credit card advances and purchases on the debtors’ joint account was nondischargeable pursuant to sections 523(a)(2)(A), 523(a)(2)(B), and 523(a)(2)(C) of the Bankruptcy Code.
