1 This case thvolves the proper interpretation of an order of the district court: did the court merely set aside a prior judgment and return the parties to the status quo ante, or did it also adjudicate their respective rights? In denying a post-judgment motion, the district court maintained that it intended to resolve the merits of the dispute. We agree and affirm,
