ORDER
ALLEY, District Judge.
This is an appeal of a March 13, 1986 order of the bankruptcy court declaring that a mortgage created a valid lien on certain real property located in Norman, Oklahoma. Appellants, the Washington Institute for Graduate Studies (Washington Institute) and Devonshire Lodge Order of Liberty, Ltd. (Devonshire Lodge), allege that the mortgage did not create a valid lien and that the bankruptcy court’s decision should be reversed.(i)
