On December 12, 1925, the plaintiff, Frank G. Stewart a contractor, and defendant, Pennsylvania State Camp of the P. O. S. of A., entered into a written agreement under the terms of which the plaintiff agreed to provide all materials and perform all the work necessary for the erection and completion of the Patriotic Order Sons of. America Building upon the premises situated at 1317-1319 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pa., for the consideration of $158,836.
