Shapero v. Picard

Plaintiff appeals from a decretal order of the Wayne county circuit court, in chancery, dissolving a preliminary injunction restraining foreclosure of a certain land contract and dismissing his bill of complaint praying for the same and other relief in that connection. The issue was made by defendants’ motion in the nature of a demurrer, supported by affidavits, asking dissolution of the injunction and dismissal of bill.
