On September 15, 1959, General Moving & Storage, Inc., commenced an action in the Municipal Court of the City of New York against Royaloy, Inc., to recover the sum of $420.50, as the agreed price and reasonable value of services rendered to Royaloy in connection with the moving of certain machinery and equipment. The next day, Royaloy instituted this suit in this court against General on two causes of action.
