This case involves the relocation out-of-state by a custodial parent. The noncustodial parent, appellant Scott E. Friedrich (Friedrich), appeals from the chancellor’s denial of his motion to restrain his ex-wife, appellee Julie A. Friedrich Bevis (Bevis), from moving the parties’ two minor children from Benton County, Arkansas to Texas.
