ROONEY, Justice.

Appellant-plaintiff instituted an action against appellees-defendants for specific performance of two contracts and for a declaratory judgment determining the rights and status of the parties under the provisions of such contracts. One contract was between appellant and appellee Scot-lands, a California corporation, and the other was between appellant and appellees Scotts. Each contract gave appellant the right of first refusal to purchase certain property in Teton County.
