This is a suit for the possession of the property No. 4826 Pitt Street.
Plaintiff avers that he purchased said property from T. W. Hooley on September 20, 1923, and that it is worth $7,000; that since October 1,' 1923, the defendants have been occupying said property to the exclusion of plaintiff without any title as owners, or as lessees, or permission from plaintiff, nor are they willing, nor have they agreed, to pay any rent for the occupancy of said property; and that they have refused to remove from said property though requested so to do by plaintiff, and have refused to pay rent; that…
