ORDER CONFIRMING DEBTOR’S FIRST AMENDED PLAN FOR ADJUSTMENT OF DEBTS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE

DAVID R. DUNCAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court for confirmation of Connector 2000 Association, Ine.’s (“Debtor”) chapter 9 plan (“Plan”). Thomas Stoeckmann filed an Objection to Confirmation of Debtor’s Plan on March 11, 2011. A hearing was held on Debtor’s Plan on March 25, 2011. Based on the findings of fact and conclusions of law stated on the record at the hearing and set forth in further detail below, Debtor’s chapter 9 Plan is confirmed.
