MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETTLEMAN, District Judge.
In their first amended complaint, plaintiffs Thomas Slamecka and T. Slamecka, Inc. seek damages against defendants Empire Kosher Poultry, Inc. (“Empire”), J.W. Childs Associates, L.P., and J.W. Childs Associates, Inc. for their alleged refusal to compensate plaintiffs for management consulting and investment banking services that they performed on defendants’ behalf.
