OPINION
MOORE, Circuit Judge.
The inmate plaintiff C. Pepper Moore filed a motion for costs and an incentive award for his role as a class representative in the continuing Hadix litigation, a civil rights action brought by Michigan prisoners alleging unconstitutional conditions of confinement that was settled by consent decree. The district court judge denied Moore’s motion for an incentive award and for costs. We AFFIRM that decision.
