This action arises out of disputes between the various partners of a limited partnership known as "Atlanta Associates” about whether the business of operating certain apartments shall be continued or, instead, whether one of the partners, who also is a lender to the partnership, will be allowed effectively to bring the business to an end by foreclosure proceedings as to the partnership real estate.
