WILHOIT, Judge.

This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a judgment of the Butler Circuit Court affirming the action of the Butler County Board of Education demoting the appellant from his position as an elementary school principal to that of classroom teacher.

The- appellant raises a number of issues on appeal. After reviewing the record and the well-considered opinion of the circuit court, we are convinced that the appellant was accorded due process in the proceedings concerning his demotion and that the court properly found that the school board had sufficient grounds to follow the…
