Boshart v. National Benefit Ass'n

The National Benefit Association, Inc., issued to Amaniuel Boshart for the benefit of Jessie Boshart, the plaintiff herein, a policy of life insurance in the amount of $1,000. The defendant served and filed an answer, alleging that the insured had falsely represented the condition of his health in the application upon which the policy was issued. Plaintiff was examined as an adverse witness before trial.
