This is an appeal, specially allowed, from the decree of the Superior Court affirming the lower court’s dismissal of a libel in divorce in the case of Stanziola v. Stanziola, 163 Pa. Superior Ct. 51, 60 A. 2d 414.

Calvin S. and Rose A. Stanziola were married in 1912. From the very beginning their marital voyage seems to have been a stormy one, due largely to the well-founded conviction of respondent that her husband was guilty of infidelity.
