Affirming.
On July 3, 1908, John B. Brasher, The Brasher Coal Company, Andrew Hogg and William Eades executed and delivered to Thomas E. Sumner, cashier, their certain promissory note in the sum of $6,343.50, payable four months from date. Thomas E. Sumner was the cashier of the Muhlenberg County Savings Bank. Cer*417tain payments were made on the note, leaving a balance due of $2,500. The bank brought this action against the makers to recover on the note. William Eades alone defended.
