This case involves the confirmation of a sale in foreclosure over the objection of the appellant, Sakina Bohra, who was the highest bidder and purchaser at the sale. Appellant objected to confirmation based on the assertion that he was unaware that he purchased the property subject to a prior mortgage, and based on allegations of irregularities in the foreclosure suit brought by appellee, Sue Montgomery.
