This is an appeal by attorneys from a judgment of the district court denying their claim for attorneys’ fees and expenses for representing the losing party in an action to construe a will.

On July 10,1942, T. H. Reynolds, a resident'of Wyandotte county, executed his will by which he devised to his wife, Mabelle B. Reynolds, his real and personal property except $200 which he gave to his adopted daughter, Josephine C. Reynolds.
