The town of Madison and certain individuals claiming to constitute a zoning commission therein brought this action to restrain the defendant from making alterations in a building upon his property without permission from the zoning commission, and from using his premises for any purpose not permitted under the zoning regulations. A hearing was had be fore the court on the plaintiff’s application for a temporary injunction in which facts were stipulated.
