The appellant, Lorus Argie Young, alias Joe Young and Robert Williams, alias “Bobo” were convicted in the Criminal Court of Record in and for Polk County, Florida, on five counts of a six count information charging violation of the Lottery Statute, Section 849.09, Florida Statutes, F.S.A.
