This appeal challenges the district court's denial of a motion for attorney's fees filed by Plaintiff Robert Hayes's attorney, Wolodymyr Cybriwsky. Because we find that the motion was untimely and that the circumstances do not merit equitable tolling, we AFFIRM.
I. BACKGROUND
