PETTY, Judge.

Roger Lee Stevens appeals from his convictions for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, malicious bodily injury, two counts of murder, and several counts of using a firearm in the commission of various felonies. Before a panel of this Court, Stevens argued that the trial court erroneously denied his motion to suppress incriminating statements he made to police during a custodial interrogation after he requested counsel.
