These are actions of tort to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have' been caused by the *172negligence of the defendant Albee, a practising physician, and of the defendant Stimpson, engaged in the practice of dentistry. The cases were tried together and at the close of the plaintiff’s evidence a verdict for each defendant was ordered, and the cases are before us on her exceptions.
