delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the municipal court in favor of defendants with costs against plaintiff.

Plaintiff, a minor 19 years of age, filed an action in the municipal court of Chicago to recover the sum of $647.98, which had been deducted from his wages by his employer, Mather Stock Car Company, a corporation, and alleged to have been turned over to the other defendant, Alonzo C.
