Tlie appellant, Williams, was indicted, for the murder of one Nicholson. He was 'convicted of murder in the first degree, the jury assessing his punishment at imprisonment in the penitentiary for life; and he was sentenced accordingly. That he was guilty of murder all the evidence in the case including his own testimony concurred in demonstrating.
