On June 12, 1930, one Thomas Ridley was employed by the appellee, State Storage, Inc.,' and, on that day, he was injured as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, his left shoulder being dislocated. An agreement for compensation was entered into between the injured employee and appellee, his employer, which was filed with and approved by the Industrial Board.
