CAFFREY, Chief Judge.
This is a civil action in which the plaintiffs allege discriminatory employment practices in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. The plaintiffs are Jeanne M. Baranek and the Minority Group of Area II Home Care for Senior Citizens, Inc. (“Minority Group”), which is an association of black female employees.
