MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came before the Court for trial on March 8, 2005. The parties each appeared in person and by counsel and the Court, having heard the testimony and evidence presented at trial, reviewed the authorities submitted by the parties and conducted its own research, enters judgment in favor of Defendant Terry J. Mick-ler (hereinafter “Terry”) on the Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Indebtedness filed by Plaintiff / Debtor Andrew S. Miekler (hereinafter “Andrew”).
