Beardslee v. Inflection Energy, LLC

Inflection Energy, LLC (“Inflection”), Victory Energy Corporation, and Megaenergy, Inc. (collectively, the “Energy Companies”) appeal from the District Court’s order granting summary judgment to Walter and Elizabeth Beardslee and over thirty other landowners (collectively, the “Landowners”), and denying summary judgment to the Energy Companies.
