Pending before this Court is Plaintiff Madeline Candelario del Moral’s (“Plaintiff’ or “Candelario”) motion for reconsideration under FED. R. CIV. P. 59(e)(Docket # 93), Defendant UBS Financial Services Incorporated of Puerto Rico’s (“UBS”) opposition thereto (Docket # 101), and Candelario’s reply (Docket # 103).
