. In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiffs, judgment in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants affirmed, with costs. Plaintiffs, husband and wife, and tenants of defendants’ multiple dwelling house in the borough of Queens, city of New York, were injured as the result of an explosion in an incinerator in the building. Plaintiff Raymond A.
