On October 2, 1995, plaintiffs Tammy L. Miller (“Miller”) and Russell W. Miller brought, inter alia, a hostile work environment sexual harassment action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., against Tammy Miller’s former employer, defendant Woodharbor Molding & Millworks, Inc. (“Woodharbor”), and certain officers and employees of Woodharbor, namely, Todd Piper, Curtis Lewerke, and Jon Lewerke.
