*208 *773 {¶ 1} Respondent, Michael J. Marshall, of Steubenville, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0065767, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1995.

{¶ 2} On August 22, 2017, we suspended Marshall's license to practice law on an interim basis after he pleaded guilty to one felony count of attempt and conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
