The defendant, Thias Crouse, was charged in the county court of Woods county with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor; was tried, convicted and sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and serve 30 days in the county jail, and has appealed,
It is urged that the court erred in refusing to quash the search warrant by reason of the insufficiency of the affidavit upon which it is based. This affidavit was as follows:
