*268 Petitioner North Carolina Department of Public Safety ("DPS") appeals from the trial court's order affirming the Final Decision of the Office of Administrative Hearings ("OAH") by Senior Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") Fred G. Morrison, Jr., in favor of Respondent Chauncey John Ledford on his claim for political affiliation discrimination.
