Appellant Roberta Boyd Beveridge1 (Roberta), a Tribal member, owns parcels 9, 10, and 11, Township 27 North, Range 51 East, M.P.M., Roosevelt County, MT., all of which is fee patented land lying within the exterior boundaries of the Fort Peck Reservation. Adjacent to Roberta’s land is several acres that have accreted over the years.
