Mrs. W. H. Thornton brought suit against the Georgia Southern and Florida Bailway Company, to recover damages on account of the homicide of her husband. A verdict was rendered in favor of the plaintiff. A motion for a new trial was made by the defendant, which was overruled, and it excepted. The headnotes set out the rulings of the court. None of them require elaboration, except the second.
