PITTS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an interlocutory order appointing a receiver to take exclusive possession of certain lands situated in Kent County, Texas, and hold them pending final judgment in an action previously filed in Kent County District 'Court to determine ownership of the said lands. The action which gave rise to this proceeding is a trespass to try title suit filed on October 24, 1951, by some of the appellants herein, namely: Ruth Legett Jones, Julia Jones Matthews, Edith Jones and First National Bank in Dallas, a corporation, independent executors and trustees of the…
