This is an appeal by the West Virginia Human Rights Commission and Barbara Burns from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Webster County in a proceeding to enforce a conciliation agreement in a sex discrimination case. On appeal, the appellants claim that the circuit court erred in refusing to enforce the conciliation agreement and by making certain rulings relating to the merits of the appellant Burns’ human rights claims.
