hMURRAY, Judge.

Edward Johnson appeals a judgment maintaining the exception of lack of subject matter jurisdiction filed by B & B Electric Contractors1 (B & B) and dismissing his claim with prejudice. We affirm.

Mr. Johnson, a lifelong resident and domiciliary of Louisiana, became an electrician and a member of the New Orleans’ Local 130, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, in 1976.
