These are two consolidated appeals. The first appeal is from two orders of the bankruptcy court, one dated December 18, 2001, setting a bar date for the filing of objections to an untimely proof of claim filed by Maynard Savings Bank (“MSB”), and the second dated January 4, 2002, denying two motions by MSB for further relief from that order. The second appeal is from the bankruptcy court’s order of January 28, 2002, in which the court confirmed the Chapter 13 plan of Debtor, Vincent W.
