BEFORE THE COURT is an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, Case No. 8:94-bk-6261. Appellants seek reversal of the bankruptcy court’s Order on Trustee’s Emergency Motion to Approve Compromise with Debtor Wolf Arbin Weinhold and Order Denying Carolina Preservation Partners, Inc. and Douglas Smith’s Motion for Rehearing.
