Melton, Justice.
Following the denial of his motion to suppress, Michael Jason Registe filed an application for an interlocutory appeal, which this Court granted. We asked the parties to specifically address “[wjhether *155the trial court erred by denying Registe’s motion to suppress evidence regarding cellular phone?” For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
