Odie M. Robles appeals from the district court’s decision granting summary judgment to the City of Fort Wayne on his claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. In that claim, Robles alleges that Fort Wayne police officer Stanley M. Stanford violated his rights under the Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments while working off duty as a security officer at Sweet Pete’s Tavern in Fort Wayne.
