This is a bill in equity brought on October 11,1917, by Mary A. O’Brien, who died on March 22, 1918, and which is now prosecuted by the administrator of her estate, to redeem from an alleged equitable mortgage a certain described parcel of land on the corner of Winthrop Street and Boylstón Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
