The plaintiff, Bruce Zarembka, appeals from the Superior Court’s denial of his motion for a new trial, following a jury verdict in favor of the defendants, Kali Whelan and John Whelan. 1 This case came before the Supreme Court pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
