PAUL, District Judge.

This cause is here on appeal from a decree of the circuit court for the district of West Virginia. The appellant was the complainant in the court below, and filed its bill alleging infringement by the defendants of certain letters patent belonging to the complainant, and praying an injunction and account. The defendants answered, denying the validity of the complainant’s patents and the infringement of the same. The court below dismissed the bill.
